Assisting one person with special needs

has a ripple effect. A life fulfilled by

gaining skills, confidence, independence

and meaningful well paid employment is

an obvious outcome for that individual.

However, it also has a positive affect on

the well-being of siblings, parents, grandparents,

extended family, friends, neighbours, their

employer and employees - a whole village.
